Do this, in order

    On YOUR phone, install Snapchat

    Create an account with your real name.

    Settings β†’ Family Center β†’ Set Up

    Add your teen by their username.
  3. 3

    They accept on their phone

    Now you see their friend list and who they message.
  4. 4

    On THEIR phone, Settings β†’ Contact Me β†’ My Friends

    No strangers can message them.
  5. 5

    View My Story β†’ My Friends

    Same screen, just below.
  6. 6

    See Me in Quick Add β†’ OFF

    Stops Snapchat suggesting them to strangers.
  7. 7

    Turn off Snap Map

    Settings β†’ See My Location β†’ Ghost Mode ON.

    Family Center β†’ Content Controls ON

    Restricts adult Discover stories.
