⚠️ Important — internet ≠ Wi-Fi

Many parents think "I have Spectrum" means Spectrum makes their Wi-Fi. That's often wrong. Spectrum gives you internet — but the box making your Wi-Fi could be an Eero, a Google Nest, an Orbi, or something else you bought separately. Check the box.

1. Who provides your home internet?

This is the company that sends you a monthly internet bill. It is usually NOT the same as the box that makes your Wi-Fi.

💡 Look at your last internet bill. The name at the top is your internet provider.
